DELIVERY
Delivery Locations & Freight
Fackelmann Housewares Australia delivers wholesale orders across Australia.
- Free into store delivery applies to orders with a wholesale value over $500 delivered to capital cities.
- Orders delivered to non-capital city locations may incur freight and transit insurance charges, payable by the customer.
Minimum Order Value
- The minimum wholesale order value is $500.
- Orders below this value may be declined.
- Where accepted, orders under $500 are subject to a $25 administration surcharge.
Risk & Title
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address.
- Title to goods does not pass until payment has been received in full in cleared funds.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
Claims Timeframes
To ensure prompt resolution, customers must notify Fackelmann Housewares Australia of any issues within the following timeframe:
- Claims relating to short delivery, damage in transit or faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Claims must reference the relevant invoice number and invoice date, along with a clear description of the issue.
Returns Authorisation
- All returns require prior written authorisation from Fackelmann Housewares Australia before goods are returned.
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Authorisation to return goods does not guarantee a credit.
Condition of Returned Goods
- Goods must be returned in saleable condition, unless they were faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.
- Returned goods are inspected upon receipt.
- A credit note is issued only where goods are approved following inspection.
Returned goods may be subject to re-stocking charges.
Freight on Returns
- Freight or other charges for returned goods are not accepted unless expressly authorised.
- Where applicable, Fackelmann Housewares Australia’s nominated carrier must be used.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following goods cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances:
- Goods specially made or sourced for the customer
- Goods damaged, altered or misused by the customer
Transport Damage
Fackelmann Housewares Australia is not responsible for pursuing claims for loss or damage resulting from transport via Parcel Post or commercial carriers once delivery has occurred, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
All products supplied by Fackelmann Housewares Australia are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer or brand warranties may also apply and vary by product and brand. Warranty claims are assessed in accordance with:
