Australian Consumer Law

Fackelmann Housewares Australia delivers wholesale orders across Australia. All products supplied by Fackelmann Housewares Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This applies in addition to any manufacturer or brand warranties.



Our Warranty Approach

Fackelmann Housewares Australia manages product warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the individual warranty terms provided by each brand.

Warranty coverage, duration and conditions vary by brand and product category. For wholesale customers, warranty claims are managed through the original point of purchase in line with agreed trading terms. Supporting documentation may be required to assess claims efficiently.

Wiltshire Wiltshire guarantees your product to be free from defects in material and manufacture. Wiltshire will, at its discretion, repair or replace unsatisfactory product returned to the point of purchase. This guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse of the product, or damage to other property caused through use or misuse of the product.
