Furi

Carving is the one job at the table everybody watches. The Furi Pro Triple Rivet Carving Set 2 Piece pairs a 20cm/8" carving knife with a matching 18cm/7" carving fork, so a roast can be held steady and sliced cleanly in front of an audience.

Both pieces carry the wedge shaped triple rivet Pakka wood handle that runs through the Furi Pro Triple Rivet range. Pakka wood is layered hardwood and resin, engineered for strength and durability, and it keeps a rich natural grain that suits a serving platter as much as a kitchen bench.

The knife carries an ultra sharp blade for long, even slices, and the fork holds the joint without tearing through it. Together they make a set worth bringing out rather than leaving in a drawer, which is also why the pair works as a gift for a household that already cooks.

25 year guarantee on the knives.
