Before first use, remove all packaging, then wash in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher and dry thoroughly. This product is oven safe to 200°C and microwave safe, but must not be used on stovetops, under direct flame, on grills or in contact with heating elements. Avoid extreme temperature changes, as they may cause breakage: do not place a hot dish into cold water, and do not move a dish directly from the fridge or freezer into a pre-heated oven; instead, place a chilled dish into a room-temperature oven and bring both to temperature together. Do not place a dish directly from oven onto a cold benchtop; instead, place a trivet onto your benchtop and place the dish onto the trivet. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items. After use, allow the dish to cool before washing. It is dishwasher safe; for stubborn residue, use a nylon scrubbing pad or soft sponge and avoid steel wool, harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners and sharp utensils so your Wiltshire oven-to-table continues to perform beautifully.
