Wash in dishwasher or hand wash in hot, soapy water. Maintain the surface by wiping with a thin veil of vegetable oil. Wipe away any excess oil with paper towel. Regularly remove silicone feet to clean and allow to dry fully before replacing them on the board. Ensure the board is completely dry before storing.
